Job summary

Center for Human Development is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead enterprise-wide revenue cycle operations across behavioral health, CBHC, primary care, substance use disorder services, and community-based programs. Reporting to the CFO, you will drive strategy, performance, and technology optimization to improve reimbursement and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading managers and complex revenue cycle operations.
• Strong experience with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, commercial payers, and provider enrollment.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CHD's enterprise revenue cycle strategy.
• Oversee billing, coding, revenue integrity, denial management, accounts receivable, and provider enrollment functions.
• Lead compliance, analytics, and technology optimization for revenue cycle.
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing revenue cycle team.
