Job summary

Oasis Health Partners is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management to own the full revenue cycle for MSO clients, overseeing coding, submission, denial management, and AR follow-up. You will lead a large, distributed team, manage payor relationships, and serve as the client-facing face of the RCM function.

This high-ownership role drives monthly financial reporting, performance improvement, and adherence to HIPAA and payer guidelines in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in medical coding and billing.
• Deep knowledge of payor contracts, reimbursement methodologies, and denial/appeals processes.
• Experience with EMR and practice management systems.
• Strong leadership of remote teams and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all revenue cycle functions for MSO clients from coding to AR follow-up.
• Lead remote coders and billing staff, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Deliver monthly client financial results and identify opportunities for optimization.
