Job summary

Soar Autism Center seeks a Billing Manager, Revenue Cycle Management to lead daily operations of the Billing team. You will oversee five Billing Specialists, manage claims, payments, denials, and family invoicing, and drive efficient workflows with a focus on accuracy and timely execution.

The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to turn recurring challenges into lasting improvements while collaborating with Finance and Technology to ensure payer compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle management.
• 2+ years of direct people-management, supervisory, or formal team-lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance and Medicaid billing, including claims processing, payment posting, denial resolution, and A/R follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop five Billing Specialists through clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee claim submission, corrections, payment posting, denial resolution, A/R follow-up, secondary billing, and family invoicing.
• Define and monitor productivity, accuracy, timeliness, clean-claim rates, denial trends, payment-posting performance, and A/R aging.
