Job summary

Spring Health is seeking an Operations Manager for our revenue cycle management team. You will drive data‑driven improvements, remove workflow bottlenecks, and partner with Product, Engineering, BI, CX Strategy, and Payer Partnerships to scale operations while maintaining a best‑in‑class provider experience.

You will lead a core ops team, coach direct reports, and collaborate across functions to improve SLAs, workflow efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role is remote within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional work experience in an Operations role, ideally within startup environments, healthcare implementation, healthcare consulting, or revenue cycle management.
• 2-4 years of people management experience, leading teams of direct reports.
• Data-driven decision-making and operational process design and execution.
• AI-forward: experience leveraging AI to drive speed to results.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Passionate about mental health and DEI.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational bottlenecks and bottlenecks and trends using data to prioritize work and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, BI, CX Strategy, and Core Ops to measure impact of tools and launches on KPIs.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data to track efficiency and report insights to leadership.
• Strategize staffing plans with technology roadmaps to align resources and forecasting.
• Lead and coach a core operations team (2+ direct reports, remote frontline staff up to 20) and foster a winning culture.
