Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• B.S./B.A. in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in infusion healthcare.
• Minimum 3–5 years of home infusion therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple teams in referrals, authorization, billing, and collections.
• Allocate resources to meet KPIs and balance workload.
• Coach Supervisors; conduct annual performance reviews; address performance.
