Vital Care Infusion Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager - Collections. This full-time, remote role focuses on reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacy units, including referrals, authorizations, billing, and collections.

Lead a large team, ensure payer interactions are efficient, and drive compliant revenue cycle operations. You will cultivate superior customer service for franchise partners, payers, and patients, while building a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams in referrals, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing and collections.
• Monitor KPIs, manage staffing and resource allocations to meet targets.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; coach Supervisors and conduct performance reviews.
