Vital Care Infusion Services seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Management leader to drive critical projects, focusing on systems, automation, and operational efficiency. You will ensure regulatory compliance across revenue cycle policies and procedures while guiding teams toward improved financial outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in RCM with leadership in a home infusion setting, a PMP or similar certification, and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or similar; medical billing and AR experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Revenue Cycle Management with 3+ years in leadership in home infusion setting.
• Project Management Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess processes and identify gaps to develop strategic initiatives.
• Design, communicate, and implement RCM initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure success.
• Prioritize projects by impact on business outcomes.
• Define, capture, monitor, audit, and report key analytics.
