Vital Care Infusion Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a Reimbursement Manager to oversee reimbursement activities across infusion and specialty pharmacy units. You will manage referrals, authorizations, billing, and collections while delivering excellent customer service to franchise partners, payers, and patients.

The role requires 5+ years in management and 3-5 years in home infusion therapy, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple teams in processing referrals, authorizations, billing, and collections.
• Oversee resource allocations to meet KPIs and staffing needs.
• Drive achievement of financial and department metrics.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to Supervisors and team members.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and ensure proper processing.
• Act as escalation point for franchise partners and patients.
