Qualifications

• 5+ years leading acute RCM operations teams across multiple hospitals.
• 5+ years identifying operational solutions for AR, cash, aging, denials.
• 3+ years in progressive leadership analyzing data to reduce denials and speed cash.
• 2+ years in client management with enterprise-level leaders.
• Willing or able to travel 10% to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs related to AR, denials, and cash collections while overseeing a decentralized workforce.
• Access and analyze internal RCM reports to identify issues, monitor performance, and drive improvement.
• Lead by example to promote teamwork and a positive, transparent work environment.
• Deliver solid revenue cycle results for clients including billing and collections per client agreements.
• Utilize data to improve client and patient satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of regulatory or payer requirements and company compliance policies.
• Assist in hiring, managing and developing department staff for future needs.
