Family Care Center in the United States is seeking a Revenue Recovery Manager to lead the Denials and Follow-Up team across remote clinics. You will supervise staff, manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and work with payers to resolve disputes.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle with a focus on denials management, insurance follow-up, or accounts receivable.
• In-depth knowledge of payer denial and appeal processes.
• Experience with EHR and billing/clearinghouse systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 6-10 employees in the Denials and Follow-Up team.
• Manage day-to-day operations and monitor KPIs for denials resolution.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex denial and follow-up accounts with payers.
• Lead payer-specific projects, including escalation initiatives and policy updates.
• Analyze denial trends by payer, reason, and root cause; report findings to Director.
• Collaborate with Payment Posting & Coding Manager to identify upstream errors.
• Develop and deliver training on payer requirements and documentation standards.
• Monitor aged accounts receivable and prioritize work to meet AR targets.
• Review and approve write-offs, adjustments, and appeals within authority.
• Prepare and communicate KPI dashboards and trend analyses.
