Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's OptumCare network is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst in Pearland, TX with remote work flexibility. This role focuses on charge capture, denial management, and analytics to improve billing accuracy and revenue.

You will review Chargemaster, monitor queues, educate staff, and ensure compliance with CPT/ICD-10/HCPCS rules. CPC/CCS-P/CCA licenses and 5+ years of experience are required; EPIC experience is a plus and telecommuting is allowed.

Qualifications

• CPC, CCS-P, or CCA licenses.
• 5+ years in professional revenue cycle; familiar with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, medical terminology, claims, EOB.

Responsibilities

• Charge capture, charge reconciliation and denial management monitoring.
• Review Chargemaster for accurate fee schedules.
• Monitor work queues for timely edits and claims submission.
• Identify missed revenue opportunities and revenue enhancement areas.
