• 2+ years of experience with documentation for procedures, supplies and E&M levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Epic EHR preferred
• Certified Coder credentials preferred

• Use reference materials to identify code applicability, rules, and guidelines
• Query providers when documentation is unclear or incomplete
