Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process outpatient charges and claims in accordance with procedures and payer requirements.
• Review patient registration, demographic, and insurance information for accuracy to support clean claims.
• Submit claims and follow up on outstanding accounts to support timely reimbursement.
• Research and resolve routine claim rejections, denials, underpayments, and discrepancies; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with payer representatives and client staff to resolve billing inquiries and issues.
