R1 RCM, Inc. is hiring a Service Delivery Analyst to turn revenue cycle data into actionable insights. This remote US-based role supports Customer Operations, Central Operations, and client stakeholders with reporting and analytics using SQL and Epic Clarity.

You will build and maintain dashboards, analyze charge capture, coding and denials trends, and translate findings into client-ready reports with Power BI, partnering with internal teams to drive improvements.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience in revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or a related field.
• Strong SQL skills including joins, data validation, and transformations.
• Experience with Epic Clarity and/or Resolute Professional Billing data.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities
• Use SQL to extract, transform, validate, and analyze revenue cycle data
• Apply Epic Clarity and professional/physician billing (PB) knowledge to identify trends and improvement opportunities across charge capture, coding, claim edits, and denials
• Support physician productivity, RVU, and provider-level performance reporting
• Analyze charge lag, coding accuracy, and provider-level denial trends
• Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reports and insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• Support account and performance reviews by identifying trends and actionable opportunities
• Perform QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Track follow-up actions and support execution against recommendations
• Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders on reporting and analytics needs
