Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics & Strategic Performance to lead an analytics team and drive enterprise-wide insights that improve financial outcomes and patient experiences.

You will partner with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations and Compliance to design dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data governance, while shaping data-driven strategy in a remote, USA-based role with a base annual pay range of $113,520 to $181,244.55 and a target bonus of 10%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle strategy, or financial operations.
• Proven success leading analytics teams in complex, matrixed healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Lead the design of dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks that inform strategic decisions.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and develop data-backed solutions to improve throughput, cash flow, and compliance.
