Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics & Strategic Performance to lead an analytics team responsible for enterprise-wide insights and operational excellence.

You will translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve financial outcomes and patient experience. You will partner with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to align analytics with organizational goals, drive data governance, and scale reporting across the revenue cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle strategy, or financial operations.
• Proven success leading analytics teams in complex, matrixed healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Lead the design of dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks that inform strategic decisions.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and develop data-backed solutions to improve throughput, cash flow, and compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of analysts across multiple business units.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating insights into operational and financial impact.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to align analytics with organizational goals.
• Champion data integrity, governance, and automation across the revenue cycle ecosystem.
• Oversee the development of scalable reporting infrastructure using advanced BI tools and cloud platforms.
• Evangelize data-driven storytelling to influence change and drive adoption of analytics solutions.
