R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics & Strategic Performance to lead a high-performing analytics team. You will translate data into actionable strategies that enhance financial outcomes and patient experiences.

The role requires strategic thinking, technical acumen, and people leadership, partnering with Finance, IT, and Clinical Operations to drive cross-functional impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of healthcare analytics, revenue cycle strategy, or financial operations.
• Proven success leading analytics teams in complex, matrixed healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Lead the design of dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks that inform strategic decisions.
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and develop data-backed solutions to improve throughput, cash flow, and compliance.
