Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics & Strategic Performance in the United States.

You will lead a high-performing analytics team to drive enterprise insights, optimize revenue cycle performance, and influence executive decision-making. You will partner with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to translate data into actionable strategies that improve financial outcomes and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle strategy, or financial operations.
• Proven success leading analytics teams in complex, matrixed healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance and inform strategic decisions.
• Lead a team of analysts across multiple units; advise executive leadership and collaborate with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Compliance.
• Oversee data governance, scalable reporting infrastructure, and adoption of analytics solutions.
