Intermountain Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to track revenue performance across the organization, research accounts, and present findings to leadership up to the C-suite. This fully remote role requires Epic navigation skills and collaboration with care sites to mitigate revenue leakage.

Formación

• Three (3) years of work-related experience in medical claims and follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization and establish revenue cycle analytics to identify and mitigate issues with revenue leakage.
• Ensure optimal performance in denial prevention in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and drive revenue maximization projects through collaboration with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering, projects and committees to improve the efficiency of the business.
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities to maximize revenue stream and address complex billing problems.
• Perform root cause analysis, then prepare and implement action plans.
• Provide recommendations for improvement of efficiency in processes to RSC Management team.
• Meet or exceed department standards and goals.
