Intermountain Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to track revenue performance metrics, analyze accounts, and mitigate revenue leakage. The role requires Epic navigation skills and the ability to present findings to leadership up to the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of work experience in medical claims and follow-up.
• Knowledge of Epic systems and healthcare revenue cycle best practices.
• Experience presenting to leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for revenue cycle analytics and process improvement.
• Ensure denial prevention aligns with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead revenue maximization projects with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering and committee work to improve efficiency.
• Identify system and process improvements to address complex billing problems.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Provide recommendations to RSC Management for efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed department standards and goals.
