Intermountain Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to track revenue performance metrics, research accounts, and mitigate revenue leakage. You will present findings to leadership up to the C-suite and lead committees. Remote work is available with some onsite interviews as needed.

The role requires strong knowledge of revenue cycle practices, Epic navigation, and collaboration with care sites to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of work experience in medical claims and follow-up.
• Experience analyzing revenue cycle metrics and identifying root causes.
• Familiarity with EOB interpretation and billing processes.

• Serve as a subject matter expert across the organization for revenue cycle analytics and process improvement.
• Ensure denial prevention aligned with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead revenue maximization projects with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering and committees to improve efficiency.
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities to maximize revenue.
