Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Contract to Hire Billing Specialist to support revenue cycle in a fully remote capacity from the United States. You will analyze data, post payments, and resolve variances for multiple facilities and payers.

Key responsibilities include timely posting, reconciling cash, and supporting month-end close while delivering superior customer service to our clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of cash posting, reconciliation, and EOB analysis.
• Experience with automated patient accounting and billing systems.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support missing collection and billing gaps for facilities and payers.
• Record rates on accounts timely and resolve payment variances.
• Perform month-end close in accordance with policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to facilities and payers.
