Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Revenue Assurance Specialist to ensure commissions are accurately realized. You will manage monthly statements, audit payments, and resolve discrepancies using Salesforce dashboards and reports. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• Two+ years in business operations, finance, or similar; tech/telecom experience a plus.
• Certifications/experience in Excel, Salesforce/CRM, and data analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly commissions statements from provider partners and audit payments.
• Investigate discrepancies and communicate resolutions with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare ad-hoc management reports as needed.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures to increase efficiency.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks using dashboards and Salesforce reports.
