You have come to the right place.****Summary**The Revenue Assurance Coordinator is responsible for creating job jacket files and verifying the accuracy of all lot-related documents, including customer selections, purchase orders, and written sales agreements. This role utilizes established standard operating procedures to review each sales order for accuracy and ensure job margin is within tolerance. The Revenue Assurance Coordinator works directly with customers and internal sales and operational teams to resolve issues prior to installation release and billing, supporting accurate revenue recognition and margin protection.**Essential Functions****Sales Order Review & Revenue Assurance*** Monitor lot start notifications and create new sales orders in ERP.* Create job jacket files by utilizing established checklists to gather all required lot documentation.* Review all job jacket documents according to established procedures prior to install release and perform comprehensive sales order audits.* Calculate and enter correct revenue on sales orders and verify customer purchase orders align with written sales agreements and buyer selections.* Ensure sales order margin is within tolerance; investigate margin variances and work with operational teams to resolve discrepancies.* Verify sales order revenue and margin post-installation to ensure additional costs incurred during installation are accurately reflected.**Customer & Cross-Functional Coordination*** Coordinate directly with customers and internal sales teams to resolve purchase order issues that may delay revenue recognition or billing.* Work alongside regional finance and operations management to escalate purchase order or cost issues in a timely manner and, when directed, hold sales orders from release.* Verify that customer purchase order issues have been resolved and that purchase orders match final sales order totals.**Documentation, Tracking & Reporting*** Maintain current job documents within document storage systems.* Track all sales orders with purchase order or cost issues by properly coding them in ERP.* Provide regular updates to management on progress resolving sales order issues.* Release sales orders to Finance for revenue recognition and invoice transmittal once all requirements are met.* Support ad hoc reporting, operational requests, and additional duties as assigned.**Training & Continuous Improvement*** Assist with the training and onboarding of other Revenue Assurance team members as needed.* Support adherence to standard operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives within the Revenue Assurance function.**Education & Experience*** Homebuilding or construction industry experience preferred.* Experience in quality review, reconciliation, audit, or similar transaction-based review roles preferred.**Skills & Competencies*** Excellent organizational and time management skills.* Extreme attention to detail with strong analytical skills.* Intermediate Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Patience, positive attitude, and ability to think with a “big picture” mindset.* Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and manage interpersonal relationships effectively.*If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!*All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, individual with disabilities, veteran status, gender identity or national origin.
