Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a Revenue Analytics Finance Manager to deliver timely insights into revenue performance and support executive decision making. You will build robust financial models, project revenue, and lead improvements to the close process, while partnering with clinical and operational leaders.

The role is remote with a strong emphasis on data analysis, Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of reporting, analytics, and business operations, preferably in healthcare.
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) plus Word/PowerPoint.
• Data modeling and dimensional data sources preferred.
• PowerBI/DAX a plus; SQL querying preferred.
• Experience automating recurring processes (Python, Power Automate, AI tools).

Responsibilities

• Partner for financial modeling, budget & forecast, performance tracking, and ad-hoc research.
• Establish monthly revenue recognition results and support close processes.
• Improve revenue recognition methodology and automate routinized tasks.
• Assess payer contracts impact and maintain AR schedules for models.
• Produce deep-dive analyses and explain variances to leadership.
• Support annual budget and forecasting cycles with data prep & validation.
