Job summary

Sprezzatura Management Consulting is seeking a Reuse Team Lead / Project Manager to support the VA mission by directing day-to-day Reuse operations within the Product Lifecycle team. The role emphasizes delivery leadership, stakeholder communication, and rigorous process discipline.

You will oversee workflow, ensure accurate records, coordinate across teams, and establish SOPs and governance to maintain quality, security, and timely delivery in a US remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 8+ years in product lifecycle, program or project management or similar.
• 3–5+ years in leadership roles and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Reuse team, including priorities, workload, performance, delivery health, and team capacity.
• Provide clear direction to team members and maintain consistent expectations for quality, documentation, communication, and follow-through.
• Oversee Reuse requests throughout the Product Lifecycle and ensure required information, notes, attachments, links, tasks, and related records are accurate and current.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, dependencies, risks, blockers, and required actions and help remove issues delaying delivery.
• Coordinate across Product Lifecycle teams to improve intake, handoffs, communication, and flow of work.
• Build and maintain SOPs, process maps, job aids, handoff criteria, and other Reuse documentation.
