Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking a PaaS Delivery Lead to guide the Contracts Product Lifecycle workstream, supporting the VA mission. This remote role coordinates delivery across platform teams, cybersecurity, SIs, and customers, removing impediments and maintaining momentum.

The candidate will lead project managers, oversee lifecycle requests, ensure governance, risk management, and executive reporting, with emphasis on federal programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or progress towards completion preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
• 8+ years in PaaS delivery, program or product lifecycle management.
• 5+ years in complex cross-functional environments; federal/VA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate PaaS Delivery workstream and project managers.
• Oversee delivery activities and maintain a platform-agnostic perspective.
• Coordinate schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications across the lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with VA customers, leadership, and delivery teams.
• Escalate cross-team issues and ensure security considerations and governance.
