Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be comfortable with heavy phone work.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners to create a network of Transitional Duty sites.
• Identify suitable assignments with nonprofits matching workers' abilities and skills.
• Coordinate placement of injured workers, draft offers, provide driving instructions, and set up time tracking.
• Maintain internal database of nonprofit transitional work sites.
• Communicate challenges with placement to the Return to Work Specialist for next steps.
• Document time and case activity in case management software (Alarisware).
• Adhere to Paradigm Information Security policies and incident reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure smooth volunteer experience.
• Track volunteer hours and update case management system accordingly.
• Resolve issues or conflicts in the assignment process with all parties involved.
• Contribute to the success of the Transitional Return to Work program to help workers regain confidence and skills.
