Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in accommodations, disability management, leave administration, HR, or case management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of ADA and return-to-work processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace accommodation cases and work status updates.
• Review medical documentation and physician recommendations.
• Coordinate with employees, employers, and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, state regulations, and client policies.
• Maintain accurate case records and timely follow-up.
• Support employees in returning to work safely and efficiently.
• Assists in facilitating light duty accommodations and assisting employees in transitioning to full duty.
