Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a Workplace Accommodation Coordinator to support return-to-work outcomes for employees nationwide. This remote role coordinates accommodations, reviews medical documentation, and ensures compliance with ADA and client requirements, working across employees, employers, and healthcare providers.

Key duties include managing accommodation cases, communicating requirements, and maintaining accurate records to improve claim outcomes and reduce time away from work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred for this role.
• Experience in accommodations, disability management, leave administration, HR, or case management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and from anywhere in the U.S.
• Strong understanding of ADA, state regulations, and client policies relating to claims.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating light duty accommodations and transitioning employees to full duty.
• Review claim data with clients using reports and tools to manage processes.
• Collaborate with technical operations to maintain and update RTW tools and requirements.
• Serve as a liaison between employer, employee, and physician to facilitate accommodations.
