Job summary

Transamerica seeks an experienced retirement education specialist to deliver on-site educational and advisory services for a major client at multiple locations. You will serve as a trusted connector to Transamerica products and services for retirement planning and advice, supporting enrollment and ongoing financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience required.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 required; Series 63 within six months.
• RPA/CRPC or higher certification (CFP, CRC, CEBS, ChFC, CIMA, CRPS) acceptable in lieu of RPA/CRPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships with HR, management and participants.
• Conduct group education meetings, workshops, webinars and enrollment meetings.
• Conduct one-on-one retirement planning meetings with client employees.
• Explain product options and make recommendations to help meet retirement objectives.
• Promote and enroll participants into Managed Advice and provide ongoing planning support.
• Maintain accurate records and document progress toward goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners and participate in projects for Retirement Education and Planning services.
