Job summary

Transamerica seeks a dedicated on-site/remote retirement education specialist to advance participant outcomes across client locations. You will build client relationships, conduct group education meetings and one-on-one retirement planning sessions, and guide participants through Transamerica products to meet retirement goals.

You will promote Managed Advice enrollment, support HR and account teams, document progress, and travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7.
• FINRA Series 63 or obtain within six months.
• RPA or CRPC, or obtain within 12 months; CFP/CRC/CEBS/ChFC/CIMA/CRPS acceptable in lieu.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to promote participant action toward a fully funded retirement.
• Develop and manage client relationships from an educational perspective with HR and management.
• Conduct group education meetings, workshops, webinars, and enrollment meetings.
• Conduct one-on-one retirement planning meetings with client employees.
• Use Transamerica products to meet retirement objectives and explain fund options.
• Promote, educate and enroll participants into Managed Advice; provide ongoing planning support.
• Maintain records documenting progress toward goals and coordinate with internal partners.
