Job summary

Transamerica is expanding our team with FINRA Licensed Advisors for fully remote roles focused on retirement product education and solutions. Join a team that handles ongoing warm leads, builds client relationships, and delivers education and guidance on retirement options.

Qualified candidates hold FINRA Series 6/63/65 or 7/66, Life and Health licenses, and have at least 1 year in financial services, with strong MS Office and communication skills. Benefits are comprehensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business
• FINRA Series 6/63/65; or Series 7/66 to be approved in all states
• Life and Health licenses (within 60 days of hire)
• At least 1 year in financial services
• Basic knowledge of financial products
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

• Learn all products in assigned specialty area, including awareness of competitive offerings and regulations
• Explain and ensure customers understand product options for routine inquiries; make product recommendations
• Identify if there are multi-product needs and connect customers to other product specialists
• Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests
