Job summary

Transamerica is seeking FINRA-licensed Retirement Plan Advisors to join our expanding team. The role offers fully remote work, with multiple class openings in October and November. You will guide clients through retirement product options, build relationships, and help educate customers while earning a base salary plus ongoing bonuses.

You must hold FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66. Strong communication, customer service, and financial product knowledge are essential for success in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65; or Series 7 and 66 required to be approved to do business in all states.
• Life and Health licenses required within 60 days of hire.
• One year of experience in the financial services industry.
• Basic knowledge of financial products related to assigned specialty area.
• Customer service, interpersonal and listening skills to communicate with customers and earn trust.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to select and recommend product solutions.
• Written/verbal communication and presentation skills to provide information via phone, email, video, chat, etc.
• Proficiency using MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Learn all products in the assigned specialty area, including awareness of competitive offerings and regulations.
• Explain and ensure customers understand product options for routine inquiries; make product recommendations.
• Identify if there are multi-product needs and connect customers to other product specialists.
• Work with relationship managers and fulfillment analysts to initiate product requests.
