Job summary

Empower Careers seeks a Senior Workplace Planning Consultant to guide participants in retirement planning within employer-sponsored plans. You will educate on managed accounts, respond to policy questions, and build trust through proactive outreach.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in financial services, strong sales skills, and FINRA licensing. The role includes inbound/outbound calls, a sign-on bonus for licensed applicants, and a 6:00 am–7:00 pm MT schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in financial services, retirement planning, or advisory environments.
• Demonstrated success in sales.
• Good understanding of IRAs and retirement plans.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Proficient in Windows/Microsoft Office; able to learn Empower's record keeping system and Salesforce.
• FINRA 7 & 66 registrations required; fingerprinting on hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retirement and financial wellness education to participants.
• Guide customers through plan options and distributions.
• Meet monthly and annual sales and service goals.
• Respond to plan and policy questions with clarity and empathy.
• Collaborate with peers to solve problems and deliver results.
