Job summary

Transamerica is seeking a retirement planning professional to provide on-site educational and advisory services for a major client across multiple locations. You will deliver group workshops, one-on-one planning, and use Transamerica products to help participants meet retirement objectives.

You will collaborate with HR, management, and field partners, drive plan metrics, and promote managed advice with ongoing financial planning support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 required, Series 63 or to be obtained within 6 months.
• RPA/CRPC or higher certification acceptable in lieu of RPA/CRPC.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with presentation experience.
• Self-motivated and able to drive toward targets; good time management.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to promote retirement plan action and meet key plan metrics.
• Manage client relationships from an educational perspective with HR, management, and participants.
• Conduct group education meetings, workshops, webinars, and enrollment meetings.
• Hold one-on-one retirement planning meetings with client employees.
• Explain fund objectives and performance; discuss asset retention and IRA rollovers.
• Promote and enroll participants into Managed Advice and provide ongoing planning support.
• Coordinate with internal partners and other product specialists as needed.
• Document progress toward goals and participate in program expansion projects.
