Benetrends Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Termination Analyst to join our team. In this role you will assist clients in navigating DOL and IRS regulations related to retirement plan terminations, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in retirement plan administration, with strong communication and project-management skills to support multiple client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• ASPPA credentials preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plan administration and DOL/IRS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Establish and coordinate plan termination dates.
• Update and maintain plan documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Stay current on retirement plan regulations and best practices.
• Provide training and resources on retirement plan products to internal teams.
