Job summary

Benetrends Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Analyst – Total Administration to manage day-to-day administration and compliance for a portfolio of 401(K) clients. You will serve as the main contact, guiding clients through retirement plan operations with friendly, knowledgeable support.

The role requires ASPPA credentials (or willingness to obtain), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• ASPPA credential(s) or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships as the primary contact for assigned 401(K) clients.
• Handle full-scope plan administration including contributions, loans, distributions, hardships, Qdros, and compliance testing.
• Support Form 5500 preparation and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Research and resolve operational and regulatory compliance questions.
• Explain complex regulations in a way clients can easily understand.
