Job summary

Invisible Technologies is seeking an entry-level Retirement Plan Administration Associate to join our Remote team. You will support plan terminations, perform year-end testing for DC plans and 5500s, and help clients through the termination process.

The role requires at least 2 years in retirement plan administration, strong written and spoken communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within deadlines. QKA certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Ideally has worked on plan terminations and/or plan documents.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail & organization.
• Proven ability to think analytically & operate independently within set deadlines.
• Team player and shows ownership in work.
• QKA certifications

Responsibilities

• Year end testing for DC plans & 5500s for terminating DC plans (EZ, SF and large).
• Drafting termination resolutions.
• Communicate with clients throughout the termination process.
