Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan.

The role involves conducting enrollment meetings, age-based financial education, and complex literacy sessions, both in person and via video. It includes participating in benefit fairs and annual plan reviews, with travel as needed and bonus opportunities based on metrics and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses preferred; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager/District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
