Cetera is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors and drive employer-sponsored plan growth. You will develop relationships, manage a full sales cycle, and execute territory plans across Southeast and Northeast regions.

Expect to travel 25-50% and utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Office to track activities, proposals, and client interactions while staying current on industry trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• 7+ years in retirement plan industry or related sales roles.
• Strong prospecting, closing, and pipeline management skills.
• Knowledge of defined contribution products and retirement plan markets.
