Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing.
• 1–5 years of adjacent back-office financial operations experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Direct retirement-plan operations experience preferred (401(k) or IRA).
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business/finance or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain necessary information to prepare the annual reporting.
• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software.
• Perform 401(k) testing and reporting using appropriate software.
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 and year-end government filings.
• Educate clients on retirement-plan administration and documents.
