Guidant Financial is hiring a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist to support the administration and reporting of 401(k) plans. You will review client documents, perform reconciliations, and assist with year-end government filings. This remote role focuses on providing accurate plan administration and proactive client communication.

You will gain hands-on experience through training and practical application while contributing to our growing retirement plan services team.

Qualifications

• Experience with document review and transaction processing
• Background in retirement-plan operations or 401(k) administration preferred
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to obtain information for annual reporting
• Review client documents for completeness and accuracy
• Perform reconciliations and 401(k) testing using software
• Prepare IRS Form 5500 and related filings
• Educate clients on plan administration and year-end reporting
