Qualifications

• 1–5 years of adjacent back-office financial operations experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations

Responsibilities

• Review documents submitted by clients for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare annual reporting and government filings (e.g., IRS Form 5500)
• Reconcile plans using Excel and administration software
• Educate clients about 401(k) plan administration and documents
• Make reminder calls and send emails to clients during plan year reporting process
• Assist with 401(k) testing and reporting
