Strongpoint Partners is seeking a Retirement Onboarding Specialist to join The Finway Group team and deliver seamless onboarding for new retirement plan clients. You will review documents, interpret provisions, and coordinate with recordkeepers, advisors, and internal teams to ensure accurate setup.

Qualifications

3–5+ years working with retirement plan documents or TPA operations.
Strong understanding of ERISA and IRS regulations governing qualified retirement plans.
Experience reviewing, interpreting, and drafting retirement plan documents.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding activities for new retirement plan clients and track milestones.
Maintain onboarding systems, status reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
Review and map prior plan documents to reflect provisions in the new plan.
Prepare and coordinate plan documents, amendments, SPDs, and related materials.
Explain plan provisions clearly to clients and partners.
