Cetera seeks a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors, driving growth of employer-sponsored retirement plans across multiple territories. You will manage the full sales cycle, provide consultative support, and coordinate with internal teams to promote program adoption and advisor education.

Travel is required (25-50%), and candidate location must be within listed territories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years related experience preferred.
• FINRA Series 65 required.
• Strong prospecting, closing skills and sales planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and detail-focused.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage Southeast and Northeast retirement plan sales territories.
• Develop and execute territory sales plan to grow Cetera 401(k) adoption.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Provide consultative sales support to retirement-focused advisors.
• Document sales activity and campaigns to promote growth.
