Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry, including supported defined contribution sales.
• Understanding of financial markets and retirement plan regulations.
• Excellent prospecting and closing skills, sales planning, and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Southeast and Northeast territories to achieve retirement plan sales goals.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to build pipeline and adoption of Cetera 401(k) solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to proposal, follow-up, and close.
• Provide consultative sales support to retirement-focused advisors.
• Document sales activity, meetings, webinars, and campaigns to promote growth.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support advisor needs and opportunities.
