Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement savings plans. The role involves delivering presentations, educating on plan features, and driving participant engagement, with incentive bonus opportunities based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
• Must have excellent presentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus

Mansioni

• Present to individuals and groups in person or via video to raise awareness of plan features and grow plan assets
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
• Participate in annual plan reviews and financial education planning
• Assist Relationship Manager/District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new enrollments
