Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred; appropriate state licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist Education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
