Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees enrolled in applicable retirement savings plans. The role offers an incentive bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) with matching contributions.

Remote work is available, with occasional travel to support education campaigns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to raise awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist Relationship Manager/District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate about plan participation.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
